Cecil E. Wolberton is a retired U.S. Army officer with over 20 years of distinguished service. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Wolberton’s Army career spans a range of leadership roles and deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Bosnia. Throughout his Army tenure, Wolberton advanced from an enlisted soldier to ultimately retire as a Lieutenant Colonel. His experience in tactical operations, strategic leadership, and international relations, combined with his years of military service, provides him with a unique perspective on the Army’s inner workings.

After retiring from the Army in 2022, Wolberton transitioned to the civilian sector and now serves as a senior executive at a global marketing agency in Chicago.
